Booking procedure and payment
  • send your request by e-mail or telephone call
  • we will check the availability and send you a written confirmation
  • 3-day non-refundable advance payment, to make a confirmed booking
Please send us:
  • your full name, address and contact details (telephone, fax, e-mail)
  • exact dates of the arrival and departure
    Your reservation will be definitely confirmed when advance payment is made (by e-mail or fax).
  • the balance of the rent has to be paid in cash upon arrival or prior to your arrival (by bank transfer)
  • a 100 € refundable security deposit is requested to cover possible damages during your stay. This deposit should be paid in cash when check-in.
Check-in
You will be asked to confirm the exact time of your arrival minimum 24 hours prior to your arrival. We will provide you with the keys of your apartment or rooms, explain any details that concern your stay and collect the balance of the rental amount and damage deposit in cash.
Check-out
You should inform us about one day before the exact time of your departure. 
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
For longer stays in ( two weeks ) you are intitled to discounts.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 10.00 a.m., check-out time is by 0900 a.m. the latest. If you stay later than 9.00 a.m., we charge an extra day.
